I have no idea if these windows are good or bad since there is no way to directly make contact to have questions answered. Im an individual trying to buy over 20 windows. If you are the type of person like myself with limited time to wait around for answers you may get frustrated knowing that a 10 minute phone call could clear everything up and help you make a sound decision.
