How Much Is Shipping:
Shipping is only $150.00 for your entire order on most products. See "Shipping" page for more information.
Where Do You Ship:
We
ship to all U.S. States except for Alaska & Hawaii since we cannot
make air or sea travel. We do not ship outside the U.S. however we can
ship to your closest shipping port. Please note that if we ship to a
port you would be responsible for crating the products.
How Does My Product Arrive:
All window and door products, except for glass block windows are shipped from the factory to our local distribution center near your home. Once the product arrives at our distribution center we will contact you to schedule your delivery. Your products will be delivered to your home/site via box truck that is experienced at delivering window and door products. Windows & sliding glass doors will arrive wrapped in clear cellophane wrap only so that you can inspect upon delivery. Most hinged entry & storm doors will be encased within cardboard box.
Depending upon their size, Glass Block Windows will either be shipped FedEx or Common Carrier. Larger window panels are shipped common carrier.
HOW will be responsible for shipping your product to you unharmed,
however in the rare case where your product may arrive damaged you must
report damage to delivery team immediately upon delivery to ensure
damage will be covered. We cannot be responsible for products not
reported/identified as damaged immediately upon receipt.
What Kind Of Warranty Will I Receive:
All products will be covered direct by the manufacturer's warranty. To read warranty simply download from the product's Category Page.
What Does U.I. Mean:
U.I. (United Inches) is the measurement used in the window industry that indicates the window's overall measurement size. U.I. is calculated by adding the window' width to its height. Therefor a window with measurements 30"w x 60"h would have a U.I. of 90 (30 + 60).
Do You Have A Brochure I Can Receive:
There are (3) ways to receive a brochure -
- Download an electronic brochure of the product you are interested in from the products Category Page
- Send us an email [email protected] with your mailing address requesting a brochure
- Click on the link "Request A Brochure" and complete form
How Long Before I Receive My Product:
- Windows & Sliding Glass Doors - On average the standard window takes apprx. 2 weeks to manufacture barring any holidays. Orders with special glass packages such as "obscure glass", "tinted glass", "tempered glass", etc. will take at least 1 week longer to complete. Once product is completed at factory it will take several days to ship to our distribution center local to your delivery address. Our distribution center will contact you to schedule delivery once they have received your order from factory and entered into their computer system.
- Entry & Storm Doors - On average the standard entry & storm door takes apprx. 3 weeks to manufacture
barring any holidays. Orders with special glass packages such as
"obscure glass", "tinted glass", "tempered glass", etc. will take at least 1 week longer
to complete. Once product is completed at factory it will take several
days to ship to our distribution center local to your delivery address.
Our distribution center will contact you to schedule delivery once they
have received your order from factory and entered into their computer
system.
- Glass Block Windows - On average glass block window panels take apprx. 10 days to manufacture and then only a couple days to deliver directly to your home.
